It's just feels like it is getting a bit run down. The bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible, they were like half pillows and kinda hard. The coffee maker didn't work in the room and I had to waste time going down to request another one and the hair dryer almost didn't work. I had to push the reset button and then it sparked but worked. Was a bit scared to use it honestly in case it shocked me.
